Need A Little Push?

When it comes to exercise, let's face it, we could all use a little push! With 
the summer weather winding down and the days getting shorter, the walks that we 
used to take at 8 o'clock at night have been replaced with more and more couch 
time.

As the darker weather approaches, it's so much tougher to stay motivated to get 
your exercise in. That's why we are running the Southport Athletic Club's 8 week 
challenge! This is a great way to stay motivated and healthy.

The Southport Athletic Club challenges you to get 35 workouts completed in 8 
weeks. To some this may sound easy, but life has a way of throwing a wrench into 
your workout routine. We here at the Athletic club want to help you stay 
motivated. So take the challenge and receive weekly e-mail fitness tips along 
with the chance to win some great raffle prizes and of course a great looking 
T-shirt.
