Professionally trained in ballet at the American School of Ballet and The Boston Conservatory, Jillian uses a diverse collection of Latin and International music, to create a rigorous dance workout in a party like atmosphere.


New Time for Saturday Yoga - 7:15 am Sunrise Yoga with Hot Stone Relaxation


One of the secrets of a happy life is continuous small treats. An invitation to join me for one such small but joyous treat  is a weekend yoga class. Sunrise Yoga at 7:15 am  is designed to do just that with opening exercises that energize the body with breath, flowing movements and balance work followed by an easy-to-follow sequence of postures that build strength, flexibility and core power. Even if you're new to yoga or have not practiced for a while, give yoga a try and you'll be surprised at how enormous the benefits are to your body, mind and spirit.  Another small treat awaits you at the end of practice- a smooth hot stone to help you relax as you surrender into final relaxation knowing your day will unfold with a smile in your heart.


Tai Chi for Better Balance, Tuesday, February 18, 10:30 am

This hour long class will focus of simple yet functional Tai Chi forms aimed at improving your balance. According to Harvard Medical School, Tai Chi is especially beneficial to improve balance and prevent falls. In this workshop you will learn:

• Mini moves that shift weight from leg to leg while moving arms.

• The importance of moving from your center of gravity.

• How to vary positions, speed & direction while walking and standing.

• How to step & turn gracefully.

• To be fully present so that you are mindful of how your body moves in space.
