Smoothie Recipe That Is Great For Your Digestive Health


Last month I talked about de-bloating your stomach for summer and this month I want to share with you a smoothie recipe that is great for your digestive health.


1-2 handfuls of swiss chard
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1 apple
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup soaked goji berries
water


Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!!
